Next year we're heading to beautiful Loughborough Lake in Eastern Ontario, and we'd love to have you join us at Bloom Holistic Retreat Centre, July 9–15, 2027.

Bloom invites you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and settle into the simple rhythms of nature. Surrounded by woods, water, and silence, you'll be invited to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Through yoga, meditation, and mindful practices, we'll explore the power of simplicity, self-care, deep rest, and meaningful connection.

Bloom blends natural beauty with thoughtful comfort. Light-filled accommodations, a spacious yoga studio, nourishing farm-to-table vegetarian meals, an alcohol-free setting, and expansive outdoor spaces create the perfect environment for rest, renewal, and transformation.

Right outside your door, you'll find miles of lakefront and hiking trails, opportunities to kayak, paddleboard, or swim, cozy evenings around the fire pit, and endless space to slow down and reconnect.

The journey is part of the experience. You'll fly into Toronto and continue on to Kingston by train, giving yourself a chance to slow down, take in the scenery, and begin settling into retreat mode before you even arrive at Bloom. From Kingston, we’ll take group transportation to Bloom.

Accomodation Options

Each guest room features a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. For your comfort and convenience, rooms are stocked with unscented soap, shampoo, and conditioner, indoor and outdoor towels, a hair dryer, and a fan.

Single Rooms: One queen bed, intended for single occupancy

Double Rooms: Two single beds or one king bed to share
