What is our daily schedule?
Below is a sample of the daily schedule. As we get closer to the retreat, we’ll provide a firm schedule, so you can plan excursions or spa treatments.
7:00 - 8:00: Morning yoga
8:00 – 9:00: Brunch
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch
5:00 – 6:30: Afternoon yoga
6:30 – 8:00: Dinner
Well-stocked, self-serve tea and pour over coffee station available to you at any time.
Two of our retreat days will include scheduled group excursions. Yoga will still be offered on those days depending on timing.
All activities are optional, and you’re welcome to schedule your own activities at any time.
How much is airfare?
Round-trip airfare from Dallas to Toronto typically ranges from $???, depending on when you book and your travel dates. We recommend tracking fares 3 to 6 months in advance for the best fares and flight options.
How long is the flight to Toronto?
Travel time from DFW is approximately ______ minutes.
What other expenses should I plan for other than the retreat and airfare?
Spa treatments.
Meals outside the retreat schedule (we’ll provide 3 meals per day during the retreat).
Optional sightseeing or local activities outside of the retreat schedule + local transportation while at the retreat.
Accommodations before and/or after the retreat.
We highly recommend arriving one day before the retreat begins (Thursday, July 8) to ensure a smooth and stress-free start.
How will we get from Toronto to the retreat center?
As a part of your retreat cost, we will coordinate and pay for local transportation to and from Toronto. If you choose to fly into another airport (or miss the group transportation), you will be responsible for your own transportation.
What happens if my flight is delayed and I miss the group transportation?
If a participant misses the group transport or decides to book their own travel to or from the retreat, this additional cost would be the responsibility of the participant.
What type of food is served?
Meals are vegetarian.
Will there be spots available if I wait to register later?
We recommend registering early. Our retreats often sell out quickly. If registration fills up, you’re welcome to join the waitlist, and we’ll notify you if a spot opens up.
What happens if there are global travel restrictions next summer?
In the event of official travel restrictions that prevent the retreat from happening, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
What happens if I need to cancel my retreat reservation?
