How to Register
for the 2027 Canada Retreat

All registrations must be completed through Mindbody.

In order to reserve your spot, you must click the "Sign Up Now" button on the retreat registration page and complete the enrollment process for your specific room type.

Purchasing a deposit without completing this step will NOT hold your spot, and room availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accommodations & Pricing

Each guest room features a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. For your comfort and convenience, rooms are stocked with unscented soap, shampoo, and conditioner, indoor and outdoor towels, a hair dryer, and a fan.

Single Room

One queen bed • Single occupancy
$3,755 per person

Double Room

Two twin beds or one king bed • Double occupancy
$3,095 per person

Each room also includes thoughtfully designed storage with hanging space and open shelving for clothing, luggage, and personal belongings.

Room Selection & Roommates

Room availability is limited, and early registration offers the best opportunity to secure your preferred room type.

If you plan to share a room with a friend, we recommend registering as close to the same time as possible. One person may also reserve a shared room by paying both deposits (maximum of two deposits per person). Once registered, please email Samantha to confirm your roommate request.

Traveling solo? We're happy to pair you with a roommate.

Deposit & Discounts

To secure your spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit and any discounts will be applied toward your total balance.
