Strong Flow: This class is geared toward people who enjoy a physical challenge and like to explore the body's capacity for strength. Alignment cues and hands-on assists are woven in to safely guide students through challenging but accessible poses to build strength and flexibility. Recommended for those with some prior yoga experience, but modifications will be offered so everyone can work at their own pace.
Open Flow: Spend 60 minutes journeying through the poses of Vinyasa flow and finding transformative moments of stillness. Designed for all levels.
YTU® Flow: Tune Up for your day with this early morning flow designed to leave you balanced, renewed and ready to take on the day! Each class begins with a short therapy ball sequence to massage into fascia and high-tension areas. During the flow portion of the class, we'll break down poses, play with fun and creative YTU® vignettes and end with a 10 minute guided meditation.
Gentle Flow: Get back to basics with a slower-paced 60-minute Vinyasa flow session. Perfect for beginners and practitioners of all levels who want to brush up on fundamentals.
Vin/Yin: Enjoy the best of both worlds with this combination of gentle Vinyasa flow and Yin deep stretching: passive, relaxing stretches of 5 to 15 minutes that help you release tension and energy from your muscles and connective tissues.
Meditation: Learn more about meditation—an essential element of yogic practice—with this 30-minute voyage into stillness.
Deep Stretch: Access and open areas of tension or strain in your body, increasing your range of motion, core stability, and awareness of healthy body mechanics on and off the mat. Designed for all levels.
Balls + Bliss (formerly R&R): Locate and release tension hidden in your muscles and connective tissue to help prepare the body for meditation. Approximately 10 minutes of ball therapy followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation.
Restorative: Heal body, mind, and spirit in this gentle 75-minute class adapted to individual needs. Open to all levels.
Senior/Chair Yoga: Improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility through standing or seated yoga poses specially adapted for seniors (55 and older) at any level of health and fitness. Chairs and props are provided to keep everyone safe and supported—no need to bring a yoga mat.
