MAT Open Flow: Our open level Vinyasa flow is designed for all levels. In our 60 minute open flow you will journey through the poses and find moments of stillness in which you will certainly Move, Awaken and Transform.

Mat Explorative Flow: Does your practice need a little motivation? Our explorative flow is just the journey for you. This dynamic class is designed for the experienced practitioner who is ready to take their practice to the next level. Bring your open and accepting mind as we explore poses and breath work more deeply. Move through a rigorous flow where arm balances and inversions are offered and, as always, practitioners are encouraged to modify as appropriate. In 75 minutes you will Move (like you never thought) Awaken and Transform.

Mat Gentle Flow: Our slower paced Vinyasa flow is perfect for the beginner or any leveled-practitioner who desires a back to basics class. Join us for 60 minutes and let this class Move, Awaken and Transform you.

Mat Meditation: Are you interested in learning more about meditation? Would you like to have more time to explore this essential element of your practice? Join us for a 30 minute voyage into stillness and understand why meditation is an essential element to your ability to Move, Awaken and Transform.

Mat Deep Stretch: Come explore the yin and yang of your practice and your body. We'll use some of that energetic yang energy to build heat in the body; then balance that with extended holds, passive and resistive stretching techniques, and deep floor work to be able to approach your practice in a more yin and meditative manner. This class is open to students of all levels. Beginners and athletes will start to find that flexibility they are looking for, and seasoned practitioners will find a deeper connection to awareness and a deep stretch.

Mat Yoga for Athletes: This open level class is designed for all levels with a focus on accessing and opening areas of tension or strain in the bodies of athletes. Regardless of your athletic activity, you will increase your range of motion, your core stability and your awareness of healthy body mechanics that will serve you both on and off the mat.

Mat Restorative: If your body, mind and soul need some healing then this 60 minute restorative class is just what your mind and body need. This gentle class will adapt to individual needs and is open to all levels. This journey will renew your spirit as you Move, Awaken and Transform.
